The origin of the name "Flood Light Studio" is quite simple. I do most of my painting in the garage, commonly referred to as the studio, and I typically paint at night. If the weather is moderate, I'll take the canvas, vinyl or whatever medium I was currently using and leave it on a table in my backyard to dry, directly beneath a flood light.
I wouldn't consider myself an artist. I don't paint/draw for a living, this is mostly just an escape for me. Currently I've been infatuated with the world of stenciling, which I've been doing for the past year now. My favorite medium is wood, canvas and vinyl records and my weapon of choice is Montana Gold.
